A 35% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your trip. The remaining 65% is due on the day of your trip. Deposits can be paid via credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, or QR code payment.
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are per person. A minimum of 4 guests is required per trip.
If BADA cancels your trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full deposit refund or a free date change at your preference. Minseo monitors weather conditions continuously and will contact you by 6pm the day before your trip if conditions are concerning.
You may reschedule your trip at no additional cost with at least 3 days notice before your booked date. Rescheduling with less than 3 days notice is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
If you cancel for personal reasons, the 35% deposit is non refundable. If you have paid the full amount and cancel, 65% will be refunded and 35% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
All guests participate in water activities at their own risk. BADA takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety, including weather assessment, equipment checks, and on water supervision by a certified PADI Master Freediver.
Guests must be in reasonable physical health to participate. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to swim, freedive, or snorkel, please inform us at the time of booking.
BADA reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
Every trip includes: private speedboat, PADI Master Freediver guide, all snorkeling and freediving equipment (mask, snorkels, fins, buoy, weight belt), lunch box, drinks, water, snacks, fresh fruit, professional edited video, and hotel pickup and drop off.
Professional photos and video are taken during your trip and provided to you after the experience. By joining a BADA tour, you consent to being photographed and filmed. If you prefer not to appear in any public marketing materials, please let us know and we will respect your wishes.
